Choosing to Hear the Truth on Health !

Being willing to hear and acknowledge the real life evidence of healing this body, is an encouragement forward and a helping hand.

Jesus tells us in the bible, there is salvation for everyone, but we have to choose it, say yes to it…

Like Health, it’s not just for a few, but for all, we also have to say yes to it, so if that’s the truth, then it’s like following the steps Jesus teaches to have eternal life in Heaven, so what if we take the simple steps to health — there is a right way to health,

“If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.” John 15:24

Jesus is talking about if he had not done the miracles he did, then people wouldn’t know the truth, the thing is, truth stirs things, it challenges the systems, it breaks chains to the lies to liberate, it transforms darkness to light-disease to health-pain to peace, 

I’ve had others decide that I’m fine, when I’m saying I know there’s need for this treatment for my well-being, but the other insisted I was fine, I knew that still inner voice guiding me nudging me to take action - it was only when I came out in floods of tears and a lot of pain that they finally listened. I love bless and forgive them. 

Remember not to ignore your still inner voice gently guiding you in the right direction.

We live in a world that waits till their symptoms get so bad, then action is taken, but rarely the right action, why???

False systems and ways masquerading as health and healing when it’s further suppression and sickness, just masks and bandaids.

What about prevention, Gods tools, let’s understand something together, the symptoms that God designed in such an intentional way, to tell us, show us - attention is needed, true wellness is possible, how wonderful that we get a nudge, a helping hand, like the Lord says,

“For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.” Isaiah 41:13

so we can keep on top of regeneration and health, not going into unnecessary sickness and disease - working on the body to prevent, this is a miracle !

It can be another’s influence that stops us from listening to what we sense within, from moving forward — remember, God's voice is for healing health redemption and restoration !

I’m not sharing this to make fear or worry, but because I understand this walk very deeply, as the reason I only ever got into this field of work was because I suffered terribly in my own body mind soul — 

until I started to take different actions, sifting out the negative, choosing wisely to understand what’s going on at the root, and what the body needs.

I struggled with horrible gut discomfort, stress, anxiety, brain fog, autoimmune, borderline hypothyroid, exhaustion, hormonal imbalance, the incredible thing is — this may sound like so many different things to fix, but no, this is the Power and Freedom when we go to the root, and understand root health care. 

“…behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book,...” Revelations 5:5 

When we go to the Root, there is an opening where the Lord shows us, You can rise above it all.

If we stay on the surface of life with - our health communication relationships spirituality, we’ll never truly get to know the wonder of living well and alive in this body, to how freeing it is to have vulnerable honest conversations, to build connections where we are accepted as we are, to come home fully, to the Father our God, the true Root and Healer of all.

It’s a choice to ignore the evidence we see, and it’s a choice to choose to see and hear it, 

If a person can be so sick, for years, even decades, then heal and be symptom free, so can I, so can You !

You are far too precious to God !

He’s a Father that truly cares and loves. 

A Father that shows us the Truth to live Free.

Jesus said, “But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole.” Luke 8:50

BELIEVE ONLY, and you shall be healed, made whole In Jesus Name.

Everything is a choice.

And that’s one thing you can control, one of the only things, What you choose to Believe, will shape your now, and impact your future.  

There’s nothing more Liberating, than remembering, your life matters so much, Jesus gave his life for you, that’s how much you matter to Him, Jesus would leave the 99, to go and save the one, in a world of fear, Choosing Jesus is the only Truth of a life truly rooted in Love and Liberation, without the Lord it’s darkness masquerading as light, but with Him, it’s the marvellous Light. 

You are never alone.

No matter what you’ve been through with your health, I Believe there is a way being made for you, whether it’s taking that leap of Faith to have my 1on1 support, or someone else, acting on the thing you’ve been resisting. 

I Trust God has got you and is guiding you to full health.
