Why I am so stirred…I saw all the women in my family suffer with hypothyroidism, put on medication, mental health, so many chronic symptoms, in and out of doctors, endocrinologist, functional medicine dr rooms —to see no healing or help or explanation, or freedom ! — to me this is an injustice, I am called by the Lord to speak up on this, and make the truth known to many, for his glory and testimony.
I was also given a hypothyroid diagnosis, but after hearing it from the doctors mouth, I felt something off in my spirit — something greater calling me higher to the Truth, to take a stand and say No, this ends here in my family with me—I walked out and never want back to find out if my thyroid hormones ranges had so called improved—and overcame it all naturally, without any doctors visits, testing, medication, or thyroid police instilling fear and lies in me, I chose to discern and listen within.
I was healed from many chronic symptoms that had gone on for years; from hypothyroid diagnosis, auto-immune signs, gut issues, parasite infections, hair loss, skin issues, exhaustion, brain fog, hormonal imbalances, major sugar/caffeine cravings;
It took years and years of seeking searching researching; I studied for 4 years in Holistic Nutritional therapy, Biochemistry, human health sciences, cellular health, herbal medicine, detoxification — it was when I got to the cellular Root, its here my body mind spirit restored to health harmony peace aliveness, energised, FREE !
HEALTH is Gods design for us all. He Promises Healing.
When it comes to health and healing from chronic imbalance, its not about the symptoms, its about the ROOT, go to the root to understand the Solution, thats been proven over and over again, many women I’ve seen go from decades of sickness exhaustion suffering and meds, to Living symptom free alive, well, at peace, and HEALTHY.

In 2024 a lot changed. I was saved and delivered from so much, I came home to my Heavenly Father. Jesus saved my life.
My own challenging life circumstances, grounded an unexpected Almighty renewal in my Faith, in God, through the renewal of my mind, cleaning of my heart, through daily repentance, confess and forgiveness of sin. Gods Unconditional love, His Mercy Faithfulness and Grace, endures forever.
After being so deep in the new age false spirituality movement ~ living in Bali for nearly 3 years (Hindu culture) worshiping false gods, chanting mantras, sitting in plant medicine ceremonies worldwide, experimenting with psychedelics, 20 years of yoga on and off, kundalini, priestess/goddess practices, a lot of ceremonial cacao, so much time idolatry and being led astray by false spirits, false teachings.
I had no true or strong faith, lost in sin unknowingly, walking in false light, I didn’t know, but then Jesus saved me, and showed me.
Purified by The Precious Blood of Jesus, purged the distractions deceit destruction; Life is in Him.
I love Jesus most and first.
I grew up in the UK, Devonshire born, I praise God for Nature everyday as I love to walk, see the flowers tress, enjoy the joy of delicious foods, cups of tea, occasionally coffee and croissants. When I got healed from so many symptoms 7 years ago, I wasn’t in the Lord, but I BELIEVED so boldly and fully that i could overcome it all—and I did. Thats JESUS.
