Good Health as Stewardship: Taking Care of Your Body as God’s Masterpiece
We don’t just get sick in this body, it may seem that way, but sickness happens over time.
It happens, with ignoring our symptoms, when instead, we can see those symptoms as a helping hand from our God.
He made this body so intentionally, as He says in, Genesis 2:7, “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.”
This very scripture shows that God created us holistically, body, mind, spirit, that everything is connected — how we take care of one impacts the other, and why our choices, intentional living, and what we are feeding this physical body, is so important and matters.
The focus of this body is not vanity, yet that’s what the world sells. The focus of this body is for God’s purpose, is for His glory.
It says in Ephesians 2:10, that we are His best workmanship. This body is a masterpiece.
You are a Masterpiece🎀
1 Corinthians 6:19-20, tells us this body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, that this body is holy, and it came at a high price, we get one body here on Earth, so it’s not to take it for granted.
God gave us provision, as He speaks to in Genesis 1;29, He gave us fruits and herbs, provision as medicine — we can learn to use what God’s speaking around food fasting prayer healing medicines, that are aligned with God’s Word, that bring the promise of health.
In Romans 12:1 it speaks of us being a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, so it implies that actually maintaining our physical health is a part of our spiritual service.
the world has made an industry from people’s, sickness disease and vulnerability, we are not here to make evil good or good evil.
We are here to come into the Bible and see the promise of what Jesus Christ is saying to us.
Some encouragement for you lovely, we never truly feel ready, Mary was not ready to birth the Messiah, but she did it, because she trusted in the Lord, Moses was not ready to go to Pharaoh and ask for his people to be released from 400 years of slavery, but he did it, Jeremiah said to the Lord, but I’m a child I cant speak (I feel like this sometimes;), but the Lord said, I’ll give you the words and you’ll speak what I say, don’t worry about their faces, and he did it,
what do they all have in common, their humanness of what if, which comes from fear, but then it was what about if … I Believe in the power of my God to carry me through, its not about pushing off our own strength, the Lord goes before you, so we have no need to be afraid, the Lord is the strength of my life, I will love thee O Lord my strength, Thank you Jesus !
Don’t lean on your own understanding, lean into Jesus. “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path” Psalm 119:105
He created this body so intentionally — that it can absolutely overcome and be victorious from any disease and any sickness.
In Jesus Name, Amen🤲
I’ve seen miracles over and over using the right foods herbs and fasting protocols, bespoke to the persons needs and symptoms, theres always a way, even the most chronic symptoms can heal and decades of medication can be binned.
Thank you Jesus for your word, that tells us the Truth on what you Promise, which is Health, however bleak things may seem right now, or how heavy that medical report may be, or how tough the pain and struggles you’re going through now —
Nothing is to hard for Jesus, if he can part the sea, he can heal your pain, I Believe, because I’ve seen bad medical reports turn to Great Health, not by going to the doctors, or staying on medication, but by trusting in Gods garden of true medicine, and walking by Faith.
