Hasn’t it felt so tough, such a struggle, so hard,

to know what exactly to do to live free of those symptoms that may pain us at different times in our lives,

what about a process, thats simple, proven, step by step,

that can be applied to any symptoms and dysfunction in the human body,

that can heal those symptoms and a life symptom free can be experienced and embodied …

let’s catch those sneaky doubts fears concerns right now, and not dismiss them.

Why is there doubt, that fear, that it wont work for me? Don’t believe every thought you think, most of them are lies,

BUT, the ones that are true — are the ones that light You up, that encourage You, that SPEAK LIFE AND POSSIBILITY OVER YOU !

the Truth of it is that when we implement the process, are willing to participate and take action,

then Everything truly is possible, the Lord says so.

It’s Written in the Bible, so its the Truth.

It’s so wonderful to weed out that stuff that gets in the way of making the right decision,

its like weeding out the weeds, to make room for the truth and light to shine through and guide you !

Because sweet sister, the thing about this space, is that its about learning something that is unchanging and steadfast,

thats when we know God is so deeply in the process, because Jesus is unchanging the same yesterday today and tomorrow…

now I’m not saying that everyday will be rainbows, not its about honesty, sometimes things get hard and feel really difficult,

that NEVER means stop or give up, it means yes, keep going, life is challenging, and they’ll always be storms, and then they’ll be calmer seas,

but what about knowing how to use food as medicine,

so whenever a symptom/s come, or theres a struggle with weight or a diagnosis or stress or pain …

you know the solution to it … so Suffering ends, and Freedom begins !

I always wondered why we never learnt this really helpful useful stuff at school,

real education sets us up with real life stuff we need, that can help and support the whole family, children adults elderly.
